Who holds your details

This website is run by Think-app, a business of Gerard Indo'Martinez (sole trader, ABN 98 701 357 794), 9/21 Chatsworth Street, Greenslopes QLD 4120, Australia, on behalf of Parkwood Padel Club. We hold what you send here for the club and pass call-back requests to the club so it can contact you. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

What we collect

• Call-back requests. The name, phone, email, best time and topic you type into the call-back form, and that you agreed to be contacted. They go to the club by email and to its enquiries list. They never go to the AI.
• Registering your interest. The name, email, phone and suburb you type into the register pop-up, and that you agreed to be emailed. They go to the club by email and onto the club's mailing list so it can tell you about opening, events and offers. They never go to the AI, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Guest bookings, once online booking opens on this website. Your name, email and phone, so the club knows who booked. Until then, bookings happen on the club's booking platform under its own privacy policy.
• Questions to Ask Parkwood. What you type to the assistant is sent to OpenAI to write the answer. We do not store the conversation.
• A scrambled form of your IP address. We keep a one-way hash of it, with counts, to stop the assistant being overused. We cannot read your IP address back from it.

Talking to the AI

You're talking to an AI (OpenAI), not a person. The assistant answers by text only: there is no voice conversation on this website and the microphone is never used. If you would rather not use AI, call Parkwood Village, 07 5563 3342 or enquiry@parkwoodgc.com.au (the club's own phone and email are to be confirmed).

Who else handles it

Supabase hosts the website's data (Sydney region). OpenAI answers the assistant. Resend delivers the call-back emails to the club. Each acts for us under its own terms, and some of them store or process data outside Australia (the United States).

How long we keep it

Call-back requests are deleted 12 months after the club closes them. Registrations are kept on the club's mailing list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. The hashed IP counts are deleted after 2 days for typed questions. Conversations with the assistant are not kept.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your agreement to be contacted, at any time. Email founder@think-app.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not happy with the answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
