Padel?

Always two against two, on a 10 by 20 metre court walled in glass, scored like tennis. Here is a point, step by step.

Drag sideways to turn the court. Arrow keys step through the rules.
1 of 6The serve

Serve underhand: bounce the ball behind the service line, hit it below the waist, diagonally into the opposite service box.

  1. The serve. Serve underhand: bounce the ball behind the service line, hit it below the waist, diagonally into the opposite service box.
  2. The bounce. The ball must bounce once on the ground before it can touch the glass.
  3. Off the glass. After the bounce you can play the ball as it comes back off the back or side glass.
  4. Doubles. Always two against two, each team holding its own side of the net.
  5. Out. A ball that hits the glass or fence on the other side before bouncing is out; one that bounces first and then hits the mesh stays in play.
  6. Scoring. Scored like tennis: 15, 30, 40, game, and sets to six games.
